There was a hot tub. The pool was supposed to be heated, it wasn't. But at this point just having it full of water was a bonus compared to everything else

Internet stopped working so I could not get my work done that I needed to get done before a deadline. When asking the front desk to fix it they first said it was working fine, then after I showed them that it is not working they blamed the weather! It was a perfectly still calm night with no rain!!?? I asked what weather they were talking about? They just stood there silent. The beds were so soft you sunk 1ft down into them amd wake up with a very sore back. Not helpful when you're paying to get a good rest to be able to drive for 8 hours the next day. They did nothing about the fact that people were loudly partying in and out of the rooms all night until 4am. We had a 5 year old with us that was up all night because of it.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small but it was nice to have the sink outside. Very quiet too. Breakfast was adequate.

Rooms were not too bad and they work. Clean staff needs to go back to school and learn customer service skills. And how to accommodate when you're in this type of business and industry.

We felt very uncomfortable.
They were very short and look like more or less. Not liking their job and wanting to do anything else, but instead of communications, more of accused, accusations of stealing. Make sure you count your towels before you do anything.
