We had a good stay at the Civic Hotel, Surrey. The hotel looked new and it located near the train/rail station which is very convenience to catch the train to Downtown.
Negatives:
I believe that the price (1200 CAD for 3 normal nights) was a bit too expensive for a 4 stars hotel which is away from the Downtown/Central City, may be we stayed during the peak summer time. We stayed there as there are not many 4* around Surrey.

The rooms were fairly small. We had trek medium sized suitcases and struggled to find somewhere to open them that didn’t involve us falling over them.
