Negatives: I booked a hotel that advertised a pool and jacuzzi, but both were out of order during my stay. This should have been mentioned on the website, especially since I paid for those amenities. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and the fridge wasn’t stocked with water, which was much needed as we arrived after midnight. Which meant we couldn’t make use of the coffee maker. When we arrived, we were informed that we could purchase water at the lobby store.

Negatives: Website claimed two restaurants, one being a Ricky’s, there was only one restaurant, ethnic food that I don’t like. It’s in the middle of nowhere, and there were stains in carpets and furniture. They charged a lot for the condition of the property and some of the staff weren’t very friendly
