Goid spot if you just...
Positives:
Close to our daughter’s house Breakfast included.
Negatives:
Air conditioning was noisy,
noise from the main road ,
sauna had to be switched on 1 hour before you wanted to use it .
The area the breakfast was served was small

Overall the hotel was good...
Positives:
Rooms are just fine. The Breakfast is a bit of a disappointment..Cold where it should be hot
The dinner recommendation for, I think it was Harold's just down the street was wonderful. The shuttle to the Cruise terminal is the best feature. But management really needs to be upfront about the location not being convenient to the things a first time visitor to Vancouver wants to visit.
All in all, if I cruise from Vancouver again I will likely stay again.
Negatives:
Location is remote from the sights a first time visitor wants to see

Superb
Positives:
The beds were really, really comfortable! Good pillows. The room was well laid out in spacious. The location was perfect for her trip because we had friends in the area, so it was a very easy location to travel from. It was nice to avoid the madness of downtown
Negatives:
Our room didn't have any kind of view. Not a deal-breaker but it would have been nice to at least see outside

Great location on the edge...
Positives:
Nice staff. Very clean and renovated
Negatives:
Uncomfortable pillows

Good
Positives:
The lobby is nice but a little outdated. The beds are good and so is the shower.
Negatives:
A very, saddening and lifeless neighborhood.
Rooms are outdated and visibility is zero (ours had a blind wall on the window side).
No restaurants in the vicinity.
Half of Hastings Street is full of junks. Fentanyl and Hastings Shuffles everywhere. So sad for those people. If you travel from downtown or Waterfront, avoid taking the bus. The first path of your journeys wants you to get out of Vancouver immediately.
The hotel is situated in a little better park of Hastings Street, but the surroundings are depressing.

Saddening. Mediocre comfort. Avoid.
Positives:
It was great to have parking and breakfast on site!
Negatives:
nothing comes to mind

A convenient and pleasant stay
Review
Superb
Positives:
Quite good management, clean, professional
Negatives:
Parking infrastructure is breaking with holes through the floor and walls, need coin changer in laundry room or receptions should carry enough change for laundry. Need better lighting in the room

Amazing pop hotel

Good
Positives:
Parking was underground and felt secure.
Negatives:
Location wasn’t really convenient, room was okay. Damage deposit took a long time to come through even though there was no damage caused, we had to inquire a number of times to get the deposit and only received it once a dispute was raised through booking.com.
Review
Wouldn’t stay again.
Positives:
Very nice room, and staff. All of Vancouver hotels are overpriced but this was on the better end of the price scale
Review
