Negatives: There wasn’t any bottled water in the room, so we asked for some, and they said that because of COVID, they no longer put any in the rooms. The funny part was that they had vending machines with bottled water, but you had to pay for it

Positives: They were able to accommodate room for my friends, who did last minute booking and extended their stay.

Negatives: 2 nights in a row there were rat moving in our room, near our bags. When we mentioned to night staff he said he would be able to move our room only, apparently it happened once we changed the room too. Seems like it happens all the time, by seeing how he handle our situation and his reactions.
