A microwave and a refrigerator are provided in each suite at the Century Plaza Hotel. A coffee maker and 40" flat-screen cable TV are available in the suites as well. The hotel also includes a hair salon. Beyond Coffee features Italian coffee and a variety of snacks and desserts. Shopping on Robson Street is within a 10 minute walk from the Century Plaza Hotel. The stylish boutiques of Yaletown are a 15 minute walk from the hotel. English Bay’s beaches are also nearby.

Location is good, reception staff was helpful, rooms are huge and very clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast included does only mean to get a value voucher for the restaurant downstairs which makes payment of the rest (even if it just 20cents) very complicated.
Restaurant staff was partly very unfriendly and slow. Nothing for a quick breakfast before heading to work or a meeting.
Rooms are a bit old-aged and could need a renovation at least in the bathroom. Neverless they were functional and very clean!

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I like its location and the fact that the staff always finds a nice quiete room for me. I am a very light sleeper. This time I even had a small kitchen area where I could prepare some of my meals. I have dietary issues and have to cook for myself. The rooms are very spacious.
Negatives:
The rooms are getting that bit of a worn feeling. Especially the carpets. But really no big deal.
