The facility was close to the venue I was attending. Check in went well. The room was clean and breakfast area was nice, good food, I did not care for their brand of coffee but that is totally on me.
Negatives:
The hotel was packed after the concert and one elevator was not working in the facility. This packed the lobby with sooo many people you could barely get in. They would not allow customers to go to their rooms via the stairs. Leading to so many frustrated people.
In my room the alarm clock did not work, I tried calling the front desk 6 times in a half hour period, and there was no answer. I called the line for wake up call and no answer and phone went dead. I paid over 500.00 for 1 night stay and feel it was quite over priced for the facilty and amenities and service. I have stayed in many hotels in my time, and this was sooo dissapointing. The chatter in the breakfast room at the tables was focused on lousy hotel service leading me to realize I am justified in my review. Shame on you Hampton hotels, I will not be back, nor will anyone I know.
