Positives: Appreciate the breakfast, especially travelling with kids. Hotel and room was very clean Fully stocked kitchen
Negatives: 1) the pillows were very small and lumpy. 2) the microfleece robes were SO static. This needs to be addressed with whenever launders them. 3) too much furniture in the suite. Could use a rearrange and edit.

Positives: Staff were the most rudest, distressful and uncomfortable I'm come across in my life. Also this hotel double charged me but now refusing to answer calls and give my money back. Booking.com also are impossible to try and get in touch with to get this managed.. worst travel experience
