It was great. This hotel is rock solid and literally 1 min away from Metrotown and you don't have to go outside to get there. It is connected.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Our check-in and check-out experience was exceptional. We had some shopping to do and the location couldn’t be better to access Metro Town. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the area.
