Hotel room was cold, the ac/heat was too loud to use. Obviously a problem because there was a little heater on the counter which didn’t seem very warm either- we never complained because we weren’t there much.

The bed in the room was very uncomfortable, I woke up in the morning with neck and back pain, it was very cold from the windows, for breakfast they didn't even have coffee and we had to wait about half an hour for our order, terrible service

It was ok.. kind of noisy at night due to the freeway being close by

There was a false fire alarm early in the morning and our sleep was disrupted for a while as we had to walk down to the lobby for safety purposes. Wish our stay was as compensated with free parking or breakfast due to that inconvenience
