The location is on Howe street, near to the beach.
Negatives:
1) The double room was a very bit small.
2) The phone didn't work and I could never contact reception/housekeeping. In the event of an emergency, there is no way to call for assistance. Should be improved.
3) On the last two nights of my stay there was no welcome drink and adequate hygiene products were not automatically provided.
4) The 9th floor is a public party club, and there are often many non-resident guests coming and going.

The lobby was nice! We also really appreciated the complimentary valet and the central location.
Negatives:
The room wasn't the cleanest and could use a fresh coat of paint. It gave the impression of what was once a really nice hotel that had been run down in the past few decades unfortunately. Lots of potential!

Front desk staff weren’t accommodating when we wanted to check in a little earlier. We were charged too much for parking for the duration of our stay.Overall we didn’t get our moneys worth!!
