Between Tuesday, Oct 15th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Oct 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Oct 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: The location of the hotel is Excellent and the staff was amazing. I upgraded to a suite because I had my daughter and grand daughter and it was very nice the space was great.

Negatives: Just minor things, there was no coffee in the room and booked three people and there were only two waters, like I said very minor details but overall everything was really good.
