While there was coffee there was only 1 English breakfast tea bag and NO milk only rubbish substitutes. We had to ask for more tea and we bought our own milk.

Bed comforatable and the room was quiet and there was very little noise from hallways, and neighboring rooms.
Negatives:
I didn't eat at the Sheraton's restaurants because of their stated dress code of "smart casual". What does that even mean?? So to not risk arbitrary enforcement of such a code, I went to places in the neighborhood who provide good service without the attitude.

Location was excellent. Being a first timer at Vancouver the property's location made it easy for me and my wife to navigate the city and achieve most of our short 1.5 days touring objectives.
Negatives:
1) In-room safety box. There was a notice in the room that suggested to use the front desk safe facility. When I requested to make use of it I was declined.
2) We had breakfast at the coffee shop - ala carte.
Before ordering I informed the waiter that I intend to pay cash. I think he said something like "no problem."
When I paid CAD 100 bill after it was not accepted. So I was forced to use my credit card which I was averse to using.
A bit confusing for two small matters for such a big and prestigious hotel.
