Construction in the hallways, trip hazards. Booking did not book the room I asked for. They blamed it on Bookings bad service. No rooms left to compensate.

Positives:
Very convenient to town. extra room around pool very good for visiting with family for a family reunion. Convenient restaurant on site. Grand kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and liked that we were still in site

someone at the desk on a regular basis. maybe changing room keys would have been better done on a weekday, not on a Saturday
