a few intoxicated people banging on your door at 700 am

The room was big with new flooring and paint, furniture was worn, floor and desk were dirty, bed comforter had crumbs on it so obviously not washed.

Fire alarm went off at 1am for no reason which sent everyone outside in the cold in the middle of the night with no apologies. Breakfast everything was terrible. Literally no parking,was told first come first serve for parking.Hotel inside is rundown..

Old building and room. I booked a 2-bed room, but they provided me one-bed room and told me that is the only one availalbe when I checked in.

Hearing the planes during most of the night was not enjoyable. Husband and I did not sleep much.

Location was good, close to people and places we wanted to see. The price was good. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned, it smelled of urine and had a stain on the floor. We asked for a different room and we were promptly given another one, that was clean.

Very outdated. Carpets were very old and the room wasnt in the greatest shape. It was clean, but there were lots of patches on the walls and a disgusting radiator in the bathroom. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom as well our comforter had some kind of marker stain on it. Unfortunately didnt take any pics because we know we wont be back.

Positives:
I was picking up a friend at the airport. I just walked over and walked him back. I treated myself to a suite the night before. I recommend this. I hiked to Polo Park and back. The location cannot be rivaled for airport and shopping.
Negatives:
I have stayed here many times. The staff were quick and glad to inform me the hotel was being renovated.. It does need a superficial makeover. I hope to be back when this is completed.
