Negatives: I had a few concerns during my stay at the hotel: Pool: The main reason I booked this hotel was the pool, but unfortunately, I could only use it on one of the days. There was a birthday party happening, and the pool was crowded with a large number of children. I asked the staff if all the people in the pool were guests, and I was told they were (but I'm not sure how he could know). It seems like it would be beneficial to implement a reservation system or designate specific hours for pool usage, as the space is too small to accommodate so many guests at once comfortably. The pool area felt cramped, with long lines for the slides, and the acoustics made it overwhelmingly loud with so many children present. So, my kids had to go back to the room. Washroom door: The washroom door didn't lock, which was quite inconvenient. Bathtub: The bathtub was very low, making it difficult to take a bath. I inquired about this and was told it's designed this way for guests with young children, but it wasn’t ideal for me. Additionally, the shower head wasn’t working properly.

Negatives: Of no fault of the hotel, a guest driving a truck backed up so far, my mother, who relies on a walker, could not access the entrance at the rear of building from where we were parked.

Negatives: Our family booked a last minute getaway before all the Christmas rush. My wife and I initially were just going to come up for a shopping my day but we decided to bring the kids so we could enjoy a night away. The kids were extremely excited cause they knew this hotel had the big pool with slide, we’ve stayed here before and they were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we had to get security to come 3 times. Our daughter left after 5 minutes. There was 6/8 teens playing on the slide, half going back up then all coming down at once numerous times. When they all came down, kids were still at the bottom of the slides. Parents were leaving with their small children cause of this. After they were warned the first time. They decided to practice their cannonballs in the pool. Same thing again, security was called cause 3/4 year old kids were in the pool but couldn’t stay, more parents left with their kids. Our son ended just going up and down the slide cause he couldn’t go in the pool. Your security guard was extremely nice, I will give you that, the third time he escorted them out. We are extremely disappointed with this situation as the whole reason we came to this hotel was cause our kids could enjoy the pool. Very unlikely to be coming back
