We went to our room. The door stuck. Eventually we got out. I went to the desk and the member of staff sent a maintenance person. He could not fix it, so returned to the desk. By the time I got there, the duty manager had allocated us a better room.

Electronic keys failed several times. Phone in room did not work when restaurant tried to contact us to advise our meal was ready. Restaurant called the front desk to advise phone wasn’t working. Meal was cold and front desk was uninterested in hearing about the complaint

Upon checking in and going into the room there was a huge spider walking around on the floor it was big enough that our service dogs brought it to our attention . When I went up to the front desk with the dead spider I was told it was the first they had ever heard about it. I asked to speak with management and was told they weren’t in til Monday
