Some areas of the room is very run down . The TVs need replaced as the picture quality was extremely poor, the room cleaning details need much improvement as I found a large “booger” on the curtain , dust on the lamp, one lamp didn’t even work , the bathroom floor looked as if it had been cleaned with a dusty mop with specks of dirt visible on the floor and rust on the shower head.

It was a perfectly comfortable room for two nights. Convenient location for visiting Beaubears Island and Wilson's Point.
Negatives:
The free breakfast was adequate but could have used a few more healthy options, such as fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs. Very few restaurants nearby.
