Positives: Front Desk Staff were super friendly, they were really sympathetic and helpful with any problems during my stay.

Negatives: The original room I booked/checked into was a 2 Queen Room and I immediately had to change rooms upon entering/inspecting the room. It was so filthy, hair all over the first bed (obviously used and remade by housekeeping), the bathroom was covered in long black hair and was generally disgusting with tons of mildew, soap scum, dust, stains, etc etc. The room cleanliness is extremely poor and blatantly ignored by housekeeping in this hotel.
