The elevator is too small and you have to wait for a long time for it to come. Tried to find the stairs but can’t find it so I had to wait for the elevator. The room I lived in is next to the elevator so it’s very noisy at night and in the early morning.

Negatives:
issues upon check in, not being able to order room service, house keeping didn't clean the room well when I asked for room to be serviced. tables were not wiped clean, floors were not vacuumed.
