Positives: Breakfast was a good variety of both hot and cold, pool was clean, hot tub was very warm. Beds were comfortable, bar/lounge on site and across the road from the casino.

Negatives: Had to ask for bar of soap to wash hands, the tap for sink had trouble lifting because the mirror was in the way and shower almost flooded bathroom. Water poured in from under the tub but we got moved to a suite so it was OK.

Positives: The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Negatives: The hot tub temperature was way too hot. It was that way the last time we stay there. We told them and they said they were going to adjust it but it seems like they didn’t. The orange juice was very watery.

Positives: Room size was great. TV was mounted in a good spot. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room suited our needs.

Negatives: Bed was quite hard. Bathroom toilet had brown lines in it. The shower made a shrill noise when in use. Carpet on steps by entrance 2 were extemely thread bare.

Positives: Location was great and close to near by attractions, management was friendly

Negatives: Multiple guests including us had mice roaming the rooms/ hallways which lucky we only were staying one night and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Breakfast wasn’t much a variety , juice machine only had one option working out of 4, they were bringing out fresh hot items that were not hot or were over cooked. Rooms smelled musty Room carpet was wet upon arrival

Negatives: Asked for maintenance to look at tv as it was not working. Tried to get someone to look at it for almost an hour by calling and going to front desk. Maintenance person left before looking at it, as a result, had no TV in our room. Desk clerk came and unplugged tv and said it wouldn't work, sorry.
