There was a couple in the room next to me. They were extremely loud and were fighting/arguing all evening into the early morning hours. Despite asking the front desk to intervene, they only did once and did nothing when the fighting escalated into the early morning hours. It made it extremely difficult to sleep. The hotel should have dealt with the matter where it didn’t cause the fighting to carry on into the morning hours.

Definitely, not keen on paper plates and cups, and plastic cutlery. Would not expect that of such a hotel chain. Not great for the environment, not great to use as guests.
