Room was to have harbor view. One window had a seal leak causing moisture between double pane glass making it impossible to see out of it. GFI in bathroom was loose. Seal between tub and tile had black mold. Felt that because we booked at a reduced rate we were given a sub par room.

When we arrived the hand towels and washing clothes were dirty, and the room was not clean as would be expected, the entire experience was horrible way low standards for Hilton very unhappy. If my mom weren't seventy-five and needed to rest and my sister had a migraine, we would have left! This entire experience will affect my decision to stay at a Hilton the next time I travel!
