Positives: Everything was very clean, new, comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, nice little touches like a nightlight in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the fitness centre. Breakfast was good.

Negatives: There is a restaurant just across the Medway, but it would have been nice to have a hotel option as well. Plenty of restaurants in town a short drive away.

Positives: Room was clean and spacious. Many guests but elevators are plenty and fast. Good breakfast buffet and lovely breakfast lounge. Good restaurants attached to the hotel.

Negatives: Toilet in room was detached from wall and made loud noise every time we would use it. Breakfast buffet could have had some more healthy food (especially fruit).
