I have stayed here a few times before and found it very comfortable and pleasant to stay at but I always stayed at the other end of the building.
Negatives:
For paying over $200 I was disappointed in the quality of the room. The first thing I noticed was that the molding around the door frame looked like it was glued on crooked. Then I noticed a few marks on the wall that might have been cleaned up with a paint job. Then I noticed the bathroom was kind of dark, with the lights on, not like other rooms I have been in.

-the bed sheet had a stain
- the shower head was rusted
- the mini fridge freezer was back up with frozen dirty ice and rhe fridge was dirty
- bath tub has dirty brown stains around it
- no guest toiletries like soap, lotion etc

I asked the housekeeping to put fresh towels and make bed but not necessary to change sheets
They changed towels but didn’t make bed
We were upset to enter in the trashed room
Why do they enter if they can’t do housekeeping

We are a large family. With 6 children. We travel from up North (Sundridge) often to go on trips with our homeschooled children. We have now stayed at this location twice and it’s by far the best place we have stayed with our family. Yes, it may be a less attractive part of the city but the service is always amazing and it’s always clean. They are always welcoming of our children and provide any extra needs we request!
Negatives:
One time the hot-tub was not warm at all and the children were disappointed. Only complaint we would have had.
