Positives: The rooms were a good size. Easy check-in and check-out. Wi-Fi worked well.

Negatives: Self-service breakfast breakfast where only paper plates and plastic cutlery are offered. Never ever experienced this before - and that breakfast was beyond basic. Additionally, it ends at 10 am, but when we arrived at 9.45 am, we were told things like waffle batter would not be refilled (into the machine) as "we are closing soon!" The pool was very small - and images of it are deceiving. Worst of all, when our toilet was blocked one night and poured all over the floor (with associated excrement), my son was dispatched to reception to ask for help. The poor kid returned with a pile of towels and a plunger that was given to him by the night manager with instructions to "clean it up yourself!"

Positives: The location was very clean, check in was very efficient. I did love that when I got to my room the TV screen had a Welcome note on it, which I thought was a nice touch. TY

Negatives: The Breakfast was something to be desired, you really should reassess your offering in the way of flavour. It tasted funny, I really couldn't eat it, I opted for oatmeal as I could add the flavour.
