Positives: Beds were comfy. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Negatives: Room was so hot we couldn’t sleep and couldn’t change the temperature. In the morning all Of sudden cold air was coming out of the temperature unit and we couldn’t turn it off. Called front desk. They said they would send maintenance, but they never showed up.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: Dirty. All carpeted areas looked like a vacuum wasn’t used for months (in common spaces and in-room) Room had carpet stains and debris. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Everything was so disgusting that while we paid for 2 nights - we left after the first night and could not imagine another night of sleeping in filth.

Negatives: The first room had a leaking ceiling in the bathroom so water spilling off the counter to the floor. Many unsavoury marks on the walls , crooked lamps & shades . The second room- better — BUT the hotel needs a big redo to begin to please patrons who expect much nicer decor & furnishings than we endured.

Positives: The staff were great - warm and friendly. Breakfast was good and the serving staff were cheerful and patient, which was nice.

Negatives: The pool was not so clean. Needed more chairs for parents watching kids. Also, we found the construction dust in the halls a little off-putting but we also understand that it couldn't be avoided. It would have been good to have had a discounted price on the suite because of the construction in progress.
