Comfortable Beds, clean towels and bedding, 24 hr check in, patio, pet friendly, kind friendly staff
Negatives:
Bathroom plug did not work (broken), room had a draft from the door, no thermostat control, dirty floors (cleaned up spilt water-cloth was black) shower head shot water in all directions.

This place says it’s pet friendly but charges a ridiculous $100 deposit on top of a $20 pet fee. Unbelievably they say NOT to leave your dog on the bed comforters because of the pet hair being difficult to clean?? (One wonders if they even clean them ever) So as to avoid giving these people my deposit we had to sleep with no comforters on the bed! On inspecting the bed sheets immeadiately after our arrival I found a hole in each of the bed sheets. I showed the staff person this and made her change the sheets. I am absolutely convinced this was a set up to steal my damage deposit!! This place is definitely NOT pet friendly!!!
Also there is black mold in between the shower tiles in the washroom. They look like they have not been cleaned in five years.
The air conditioner does not blow cold air, is located behind the long drapes and held in by cardboard which is a security violation! If you want cold drinks don’t bother using the refrigerator as we had drinks in there overnight and they were only slightly cold by morning. There isn’t even coffee in the room- not sure why there is an electric kettle in the room!
If you have a pet or even if you don’t avoid this place and stay somewhere else!

I did not feel safe, the lock was not great, there was an odour . I could see the outside through the door crack…not very clean

Bathroom was updated and clean. Parking right at the door to the room. Good water pressure . Lots of lighting. TV channels and wifi was good.
Negatives:
Although the bathroom was updated the tub faucet was wobbly. The fridge was not plugged in when we arrived. There was a kettle but no clear purpose without any mugs etc. I’m not sure it was working.
