Negatives: Had to make a damage deposit Understand the necessity but for people over 70 seems a little overkill

Negatives: Nothing!

Negatives: Toilet is very low. Hard for senior to use. Very few tv channels available.

Negatives: Hotel getting tired. Grounds keeping was non-existent. Long grass, weeds, cigarette butts everwhere. Signs telling people not to park in parking lot. if they have large trailers. No one listened. .

Negatives: Being addressed by the wrong name when asked to complete surveys.

Negatives: I was overcharged by bookings for my room (discount code was not applied) and there was a very stressful Sunday morning breakfast that has staff yelling at patrons.

Negatives: There was some confusion and after being told my room would be ready in 20 mins, it was closer to an hour. When we got to the room, there was hair in the bathroom, on the toilet seat, in the tub, on the bedspread. And there was garbage beside the kitchenette cabinet. The carpet was pretty gross, too. We were there for a dance competition and the hotel was so overpriced.

Negatives: Our room was not the cleanest. When we arrived and for the rest of the stay. After our first night, my daughter left a small throw blanket at the end of one of the beds and we came back to find the room wasnt cleaned and had a note that said they couldnt touch our personal stuff. It was a small throw blanket that the bed could have been made without touching it. Our garbage cans werent emptied and our towels were replaced but we only had 2 which was strange as we had 4 when we checked in. That night my daughter and a friend were chatting very quietly in our room at 10:30 and we had the front desk attendant show up to tell us there was a noise complaint. We didnt even have the tv or music on. Just 2 girls talking. There was more noise in the hallway etc than in our room so Im hoping the report was actually meant for that and not us but again, disappointing and what was a lovely evening catch up between 2 friends from the day got cut short. On our second morning we had less than 10 minutes to eat breakfast before heading to our dance comp and there wasnt anything available except coffee due to some issue. That was frustrating as we did not have time to stop anywhere. I never complain, ever, but this hotel was just lacking something. And, to top it off, upon leaving, my daughter was told by several other guests in our party that they found bed bugs. So my already anxious child is stressing over our next hotel stay. We love holiday inns and almost always stay in one so this was disappointing.
