Positives:
Location to the wedding venue I was attending and the beautiful view of the lake. We were able to have breakfast on our balcony and enjoy our coffee while watching boats being taken out of water by a crane children loved watching that.
We also really liked how late the simple breakfast items were available.
Negatives:
Upon arrival, we were rushing to get to the wedding venue and noticed that the room was not entirely clean. There was still remnants of dirt and hair on the floor and bedding.
Also during the check-in the front desk lady was incredibly short and rude to me. She gave me attitude and I gave it right back to her considering I had my two young children with me and it was completely unprofessional. I did not want to go to a different room because we were rushing, but also I did not think that she would’ve helped us in anyway.
After arriving back at the hotel from the wedding, we were really hoping the restaurant would’ve been open or able to have room service since the menu was so great.

I liked the staff members, polite and friendly from the moment we arrived to the farewell.
The reception's view is gorgeous.
The room temperature was awesome! Also, the room was clean and neat.
In the morning, even when renovations are on, they had a little breakfast table. It was cute.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, I have a bad back and had to rely on my hubby to help me with the suitcase, because of the long way and the stairs to go down to our room. That was not pleasant... Adding an elevator would be amazing... And if you have one, please let guest know about it and don't send them walking all the way down to the stairs...
Pleaseeeeeeee, I don't know what happened with the "regular' size pillows but having a little one, is not really comfy. Get bigger ones...

The location on Lake Ontario is excellent. It is also ver clean and the staff were nice. However this is not for people looking for luxury accommodations as there was no where to hang one’s clothing other than on a nail on the back of the room door.
