After Thursday, Oct 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: $300 per night for a small room and that was for Sat/Sun/Mon! No hot tub and no mats in the gym.

Positives: The hotel is located in a good spot and has easy access, although it is far from Ottawa's downtown. The room was clean and had the minimum required facilities.

Negatives: Inside the room, everything looked old and outdated. The bathroom was small and packed. We reserved and paid for the room through the Booking.com website. According to the description, breakfast was supposed to be included. However, when checking in, we were told that the hotel only covers two of us, and the other two people must pay $15 each. This was very embarrassing and unprofessional. The breakfast was very basic, with a limited variety of items offered.

Positives: Great place…..very clean, staff is really really nice….also rooms dont have carpet floors so i as soon as i entered the room it looked squeaky clean, smelled really good, i was so happy, i could have lived there for ages!

Negatives: Breakfast was just meh….not many options, no freah live cooking, fruits were not fresh, half the items were alreadh finished and buffet time still had an hour to go
