Went with 3 children so having 2 tvs in our suite was a good thing. Also, shopping and dining were well within walking distance of the hotel location. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

My room had no USB ports. This is ridiculous. Other rooms did have them. After much complaining, someone was able to find me an adaptor for my USB to charge my phone. Otherwise my stay was wonderful. I'll be sure to request a room with USB outlets in future, even though I shouldn't have to.

The bed was amazing! Comfortable bed with ample pillows - all smelling like bleach (CLEAN!). Staff was very friendly - both lobby staff at check-in/check-out and room service/food delivery.
Negatives:
The hallways are very dated and there was a musty smell in the bathroom, coming from the sink drain. I didn't expect it to feel like a motel, based on the lobby and description. Room was quiet and comfy though!

There was a very musky smell in the room which made breathing a issue there was a hole in the arm off the sofa the paint was all chip on the furniture and the trimming around the room .
