I paid for my room the night before check-in but when I got there they didn't have me in their system. Then, after proving I was in the right, I was turned away for not having my physical credit card! I was penalized because I do all things digital?? I had already paid for the room!! I spent $35 on cab fare to get there, just to have to turn around and take another $35 cab ride home! I am never booking here again.
