Loved the electric car charging stations. We normally stay in this area and do prefer the room layout of the other property but were switching to TownePlace because of the charging stations.

The access from the road is not marked. We had to make a couple of attempts to find the only way in.

Room smelled like smoke. Was non smoking room. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat. Room flooring was warped. Bottom of bathroom door was damaged maybe from water. Gaps around door to hallway was super loud. Window was left open probably due to smoke smell

The front desk agent, was amazing!! Very friendly, very accommodating to my request, knew her job inside/out. She is efficient and thorough. Because of her, she made my stay more inviting and comfortable.
Negatives:
The elevator was unavailable due to routine maintenance. This was not an issue as I had very little (and light) luggage to carry up stairs to 2nd level.
