Between Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: It had the facilities I needed

Negatives: Dirty- felt so unhygienic I chose not to use the pool . On site caf exorbitantly expensive . Manager had a somewhat aggressive attitude . Shuttle buses were intermittent and they would skip shuttles so I waited at the airport for sn hour on several occasions and once had to get an Uber as no shuttle Several brothels within 100 metres

Positives: Convenient for airport, our suite was large and clean. Bed too soft and sheets not ironed, which I did not like as I wondered if they were clean. Pillows too high

Negatives: Staff at reception were rude , unhelpful and not friendly at all. I interacted with 5 staff on reception and this applies to them all. An Uber to town about 40 dollars each way , so add 80 dollars each day to your total
