About This Property

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview is an all luxury suites Hotel and only a hundred yards away from brink of the Falls. It offers spacious two room suites with a separate living room and bedroom. All guests are welcomed by an evening reception including snacks and two complimentary drinks. Each morning enjoy a free made-to-order breakfast for all guests. Next to the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, this hotel features spectacular panoramic views of both the American & Canadian Falls. Negatives: So many hidden additional charges. I ended up paying $300 more for internet and Movies that we didn’t intend to watch but was easily accessible by children using the remote. -.- Breakfast was the same the whole 4 days of our stay. NOBODY EVER CAME TO CLEAN our room even once. Overpriced :(

Positives: View. Breakfast. Pool. I admit - kids were happy. They liked it.

Negatives: Nice facilities and poor management: 1. Lack of elevators. We stayed at 26th floor, getting up and down was a challenge, waiting time up to 15 mins. 2. Paid TV was "super accessible". My 7 y/o kid managed to start watching in two clicks, while he was just browsing. $ 24.99 for a movie, he even did not watch. 3. We had a problem with a hot water. You should open it and wait up to 20 mins when it comes. 4. No promised free wifi. No any wifi 5. Pricey. P.S. Do not go to 9th floor STK restaurant, if do not have extra arm and leg. It is super pricey, dark and with an extra loud music.
