About This Property

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview is an all luxury suites Hotel and only a hundred yards away from brink of the Falls. It offers spacious two room suites with a separate living room and bedroom. All guests are welcomed by an evening reception including snacks and two complimentary drinks. Each morning enjoy a free made-to-order breakfast for all guests. Next to the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, this hotel features spectacular panoramic views of both the American & Canadian Falls. Positives: The room was comfortable. The facility is beautiful. The complementary breakfast was just perfect. The staff were professional. The hotel is close enough to the falls and lovely restaurants. The kids had so much fun in the arcade. The pool and hot tub are awesome

Negatives: there was no complementary tooth brush and water in the room We had to buy because we left ours behind. Most standard hotels usually have few complementary table water and tooth brush ideally

Negatives: In the morning we didn’t have hot water for almost 2 hours and we keep calling them but they didn’t say anything properly when we gonna get it, how long jt will take and all and at last at 12.30 we decided to leave without shower as we have to travel USA for function and which I didn’t want to go without shower but we decided to do so and when we were checking rooms one last time we got to know that hot water is coming. Even we didn’t receive call from front desk as we almost did 5 calls to them regarding this so we expected call from to inform about it. But anyways overall stay was good accept this.

Positives: Clean. Some staff polite. Hotel was nice but being flexible with guests was lacking.

Negatives: Parking too expensive for offsite, called before and was quoted different price. Everything is extra. Expensive room, expensive parking which should be included in room or resort fee if there should even be a resort fee at all with the price. Breakfast lacked variety most things with eggs and I have allergy to eggs and no wait services. No chreese or fruit other than whole apples put on the table in a bowl. Up elevator not working from our floor. No consideration for late checkout or parking after 4 pm when we were leaving after 7 pm.
