Negatives: smell cigarettes inside the room

Negatives: There was a problem with heating and the fan which appeared to blow hot and cold air alternatively. Although the service was good and someone appeared immediately upon our request, the heating situation still needed some work. The fan is quite noisy and it makes for rather restless sleeping. Is there a chance that the parking lot could be improved aesthetically with some planters, Christmas decorations? Otherwise, it's a rather prosaic motel parking lot and tends to leave exactly that impression especially since there is no window view. It was good however, that some attempt at Christmas cheer was made with decorated lights. The parking charges came as a surprise. Was the charge mentioned in small print somewhere and why would parking be charged when there is there is a fairly large parking lot? The room was clean and service was immediately provided, for which we were thankful.

Negatives: There was a guy from pakistan who was working at night time at the front was abusive towards other religion. Felt uncomfortable with that guy. The mattress was not comfortable at all, no good facilities inside.

Negatives: the receptionist are not so friendly and accomodating. the room has a envelope asking for tip by the cleaner which i find very odd. the room was not clean, hole in the wall, tv is not sitting properly on the furniture, very dangerous for couples like us with a toddler. stains on the bed sheets, wall and roof stains, tub was not properly scrubbed, the facility needs some renovation for sure, Howard Johnson should be a bit more higher class/standard but this hotel is worst than a motel for the price asking. :( also the pictures of the room i booked online was not the room i got, i will definitely not come back nor recommend this place.

Negatives: The door to the room didn't seal properly- there was a gap around the edge of the door and the wind was coming in. The floors were cold. The window was cracked. The bathroom faucet blasted all over even when only turned on very very low. The paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom beside the tub. There was dirt and dust in the corners of the bathroom. The bathroom sink had chips out of the enamel. The drain for the tub was clogged and backed up during our showers. The toilet paper roll holders (both of them) were rusted and corroded.

Negatives: Got there the ppl were eager to not help. Complained about my service dogs being over the pet limit of 30lbs when excuse me service dogs are not pets and they were shown proper credentials of my service animals. They don’t give you a comforter a sheet and a throw at best. The floors are falling apart and lifted in many spots. The beds are terrible and old and not comfortable at all and tip if you sit on the side of them. The place is a dive and they are money hungry for what you get. No fridge to put food or drinks in no microwave to make food. For the price you pay way better hotels with a lot more things included that are a necessity while traveling for the same price if not cheaper. I will definitely be contacting the disability board and having this hotel severely fined for their behaviour regarding my service dogs.

Negatives: There was a bugs bed

Negatives: Everything a box of empty condom in the drawer and the toilet wouldn’t flush the shower was super small everything about this hotel was gross
