The service at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. I am extremely thankful to Victoria assistant manager for understanding and for doing everything possible to make our stay a great one. Location was also amazing. Walking distance to just about everything including the Casino. Love that it's Pet friendly

Fantastic magnificent friendly

I asked for rooms with a Niagara falls view and got them - very good views on the 6th and 8th floor, therefore the location of the hotel was excellent.
The room looked a bit old but the beds/pillows were super comfy and the staff lovely, we had trouble with the aircon , staff arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it .
Negatives:
The furniture was a bit old even though the chair was clean and comfortable , would have liked a safe but the hotel felt safe and secure

Overall it was okay for...
Positives:
The falls view room was amazing to wake up to in the morning and at night with lights under the falls. I would book this room again just for the view. Everything is walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. The elevator is quick barley no wait! Staff was friendly and welcoming. It's a great hotel especially when traveling with a dog, pet friendly for the win!
