Positives:
We enjoyed having something to eat in the morning, before checking out. The balcony doors made it easy to access our vehicle to load and unload our bags. The staff was friendly and nice , the room was quiet for a good night sleep
Negatives:
The only thing that might have been better would be to offer gluten free options to breakfast, it was nice that you had fruit, but muffins, or cereal would have been nice as well.

VERY RUDE FRONTDESK when we checked in last Oct28. We requested for a room at the ground level because my wife is 6months pregnant. Stairs are slippery and it will be unsafe and uncomfortable but the frontdesk insisted we have to pay addtl $50 per night if we want to change the room since IT WAS PRE-BOOKED BY BOOKING.COM!!! Where in the earth can we select a room number here in booking.com??? So they did not help us at all. Those 2 staff were rude. If you have seniors or pregnant family member, not recommended.

The location was good. It was easy and convenient to access the amenities of North Bay. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was enjoyable even offering scrambled eggs and sausage. The fact that you have destination charging ports for your guests makes travelling very convenient
Negatives:
Turning the tv on was complicated ,to say the least. Shawna got it up and running one night and we watched 2 one hour programs before going to sleep. With our tv service at home we we don't have to suffer through the extremely excessive number of commercials that come with standard cable tv. 115 commercials in 2 one hour programs. WOW!!!!! Talk about annoying. That number is accurate. I counted them all.. After that we didn't bother with the tv.

14th Oct Breakfast time- Despite still having 15 minutes left until breakfast service ended, I was disappointed to find that when I requested additional bread slices and waffle batter, I was told they could not be refilled. I did not expect such a response, especially with time remaining before the official closing. Guests typically expect all breakfast items to be available until the stated end time, and cutting off refills early leaves a negative impression. It would have been more considerate and in line with good customer service to ensure that all items were stocked and available until breakfast officially ended. This situation was not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the overall experience, as it suggests a lack of attention to guest satisfaction. A more accommodating approach would have made the experience far more positive and enjoyable.
