the woman at the front desk when i checked in was really nice and helpful. the location was great for what we needed but the area is a little bit run down.
Negatives:
the room was very dirty. we had a big yellow stain on the fitted sheet right up by the pillows. when we had someone come to change them they noticed another stain on the new sheet, didn’t realize i was watching and flipped it around to try to hide it. she only took it off when i asked if there was a stain.

The staff were great.
Negatives:
The facilities were a bit disappointing. The hall broadloom was quite dirty. There was the smell of smoking at the entrance to our floor. I am a smoker and even I could smell it. I mentioned it to the front desk and they indicated they would look into it. The bedspreads need to be washed and bleached as they had spots and finally the bathtub hasn't been properly cleaned as it had a ring around it. I don't like to complain and didn't mention most of these deficiencies to the front desk because the ladies there were very kind, efficient and accommodating.

The wifi didn’t work, the tv/satellite didn’t work, there was a hole beneath the bath tub, the sheets had yellow/brown stains, the towels had yellow stains. I did not get my deposit back, I never heard you get charged for stained sheets!!

Room smelled like pee and felt dirty. Everything was gross. Staff were not willing to try to accommodate an early check in I was willing to pay for. It was a booking for mid week.

The location was perfect. Used it as a stop over to travel further north next day.
Negatives:
The room we were in, 302 had an accompanying room, 301 that we could hear through the door. Did not sleep well because the tv could be heard till 1:30am. They also had a small dog.

Very Good! There was a decent food choice variety for most people, I would say…….as a breakfast goes. The breakfast time window 7:00am till 10:00am I found was quite good as well ! With a near full occupancy rate, would the replenishing of breakfast items be there? I would suspect it would be………in all we were very pleased with breakfast! As for the room, we found it clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient! Would stay there again…….. Thank You!

On the negative side, tv remote sound setting availability was too low! Tv choice channels were few? Room could use electronic upgrades! All in all, we were very satisfied……
