We had asked for a two bedroom suite with a roll in shower, we did not have a roll in shower which made it difficult for my wife to shower. The carpeting had many splits and was bunched up which was a tripping hazard.

Friendly staff at the reception, restaurant and the maintenance guy.
Negatives:
We had to request room service daily, no one would empty the bins if we didn’t ask for it.
We stayed for over a week, and cleaning service was offered once during our stay, however they would make up the bed and empty the bins if we asked before we leave for the day.
Our room was located just above the outdoor seating area and fire pit, most night were noisy while gests gathered till early hours of the morning.

Very dated! Everything needs replacing, save your money and stay at the Towneplace Suites across the street. Place was very dingy and old. Breakfast was not great. Our room was next to the elevator so it was extremely noisy, wouldn't stay again.

Staff in breakfast area were very friendly and worked very hard to present a good selection of breakfast items. They are an asset to the hotel.
Negatives:
This hotel needs a complete renovation. The bathrooms are a mess.Shower head broken, paint peeling in tubs. Public halls carpet is bubbling up and one can easily trip on them. Not even a kettle in the room and coffee maker was broken.The black out drapes were torn and did not function. There is not enough seating in the breakfast area when hotel is full. It was advertised as recently renovated, but it definitely was not.
