Hotel advertised free breakfast and did not offer breakfast at all.
Positives:
Nothing it was unsafe and dirty and was in a high crime area as people were outside selling drugs and hotel clerk mentioned to stay in lobby to make my call it was safer than being outside because of the area .
Negatives:
The first room was dirty bed had dirt in it floor filthy and chair looked like barf on it. Second room was adjoining and able to open and go to the adjoining room which was very creepy .

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. I would never stay here or recommend it.
Negatives:
Very sketchy area of Ottawa. Hotel elevator and hallways were gross.The smell was very bad. Sheets stained.Left hotel five minutes after I checked in,forfeited my money, went to another hotel which was only a small amount more money but was much better!

Location, surrounded by "homeless/drug addicts, room occupied by two senior females was on ground floor next to parking lot, informed that double beds only allocated on ground floor which was untrue as other family members had to move to one on second floor due to original room having no a/c.
