The car valet was the worst experience i could imagine for this level of hotel chain. Didn’t have what they said they had (no tesla charger), didn't charge the car with the proper adapter over night, and were so long retrieving the car (over 1hr) that we could not make our dinner reservation. Just brutal service. I complained a few times and it seemed to just get worse. I will never stay there again if i can choose.
