There was construction going on and noise all throughout the day. Check-in staff was very impolite and unhelpful (two others were very kind). There was leftover food in the fridge.

Front desk service not upto the mark as it is not so friendly. The carpet was dirty too.

Mold visible in bathroom tile grout, stained dirty carpet, expensive parking, garage door wouldn't open, lazy staff- janitor helpful though

The carpets in the room.....but I believe they are renovating the hotel.

The wifi was not great in the gym (not possible to stream being on Youtube or on any other streaming providers).

Positives:
Location, location, location. Easy to get around; staff very helpful; house keeping read my mind and provided everything we needed without asking.
Negatives:
Parking was a bit tight; but doable. elevators slow; and took a long time to come; but as the hotel is a great bargain for the money; one can only expect it to be busy; we're all good; and we'll be back.
