Negatives: The facility is getting a bit old. When I arrived the lamp at the bedside didn't work and there was no cord attaching the phone. Fortunately the staff worked very hard to correct these things as soon as possible,

Negatives: It’s very mismanage. We went to the property to check in for two rooms. At the front desk it took 30 mins. Then we went to check in to the first room the lock didn’t work. We came down and took another key, lock didn’t work. I went to reception again and ask them if we can have third room. Online it was showing $85.00 per night and reception told me $119.00 so I told him online is cheap and I will book it from there. As soon as I went online he blocked the rooms on the CRM system. I got frustrated and told just keep the two rooms. Later our staff and two rooms went to check in around 9pm, they were told their is no credit card on file but I went in the afternoon and signed both registration cards and put the name of the guests in each room. I had to go back to check in the staff again. I asked them if we can canceled the answer was we booked through booking.com This is the worst experience i had so far I stayed in any property.

Negatives: There was a hockey tournament in the town that weekend and there were kids running up and down the halls and making noise. The staff took a very laisse faire attitude instead of ensuring quiet in the hallways for other guests. Also I requested a late check out and was flatly told no. As a result I had to rearrange my last day and cancel a couple of meetings I had planned. It was very disappointing to encounter a staff member who was completely unbending as this courtesy has never been denied me in past stays.

Negatives: Wasn't told about the dog fee Was told I had to pay a 250 damage deposit which I was understanding that was for the dogs. I think I should have got my money back for my dogs. They didn't do anything. No messes. Well behaved. I think my one boy barked once. I had 3 of them. We moved back from north bay on Monday. Truck came today. So we needed a place to stay. Sadly... this was the cheapest... at 172 for one night. We weren't told about the contentnial breakfast. I was very disappointed about the beds.. and the pillows. Awful nights sleep after what was already a stressful and exhausting day. But thank you.
