I always stay here and now you need coupons to get your free breakfast and the girl that took the coupons was very very aggressive she stood at the front like a cop treated me like I was broke the law or something made me feel very uncomfortable not the best feeling when you just wake up

Staff were very good. They were friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Mold in shower. Both filters in air conditioner were packed with dust. Bathroom in general was not clean. Upon departure we did tell the person at the front desk and he said that they would look after both concerns.

Neil, the front desk staff, was very helpful. He accommodated my request for an early check-in, as well as a later check-out. Without his help, our stay would have been miserable because we arrived by noon, and I had to leave for work. Then my wife would have to wait for three hours to check in. I think the secret here was an early request to Days Inn, followed by a call to Neil, as suggested by Days Inn, the morning before our arrival.

We thought that the front desk lady on duty at 8 am on Oct 9 wasn't helpful enough. When we checked in the day before, there was an almost empty box of tissue paper which was used up by the end of the day. When we requested for more tissue paper the following morning, we were told that there's already one provided in the room. When we explained that's it empty, she promised to provide one at 9 when housekeeping came to work. But it never happened until late morning when my wife had to approach housekeeping directly for it. It's a trivial matter but everything counts for a pleasant experience.
