Our room was just outside the lobby. Completely sound proof ! Huge room with the nicest amenities. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, nothing fancy but lots of choices.

The room was very nice, very clean, very comfortable and had a super view over the lake. The bed was very comfortable.

The beds--the most comfy beds in town with nice linens. The new person at reception (?Nicole) is a breath of fresh air. Lorinda who I sometimes see at reception is friendly and very helpful, going above her duty.
Negatives:
Breakfast is very basic: can provide better quality products such as better bread. I miss the Acca Kappa products that they used to offer. The current products offered is over-fragranced that I find off-putting.
In previous visits I am greeted (if there is even any greeting) by dour people without a smile. I am struggling to bring my suitcase up some steps and a hotel employee, instead of maybe helping, just showed his impatience and rushed by me as soon as I moved to the side to allow him to pass.

At first they were allocating us at basement room, Then we spent littel time on arguing for lake view room as we already gave preference on booking.com.
Then that front desk person spent littel more time to discuss with supervisor after that they allocate us 2nd floor room.
Which one as well doesn't have any lake view.
