This is one of the best hotels in quebec. The rooms are clean a cozy. The fridge is big with little freezer. Perfect area near national park. We are coming every year and only booking this hotel. Plus mini breakfast is included.

The location is great and easy to find. If you have a car, it is easy to get the IGA, a grocery store, to load any food and drinks you need. The environment is quite and peaceful. The room is clean and one step away from your parking. I am satisfied.

The check-in time was 4pm, which was one hour later than standard.

At my arrival the knob to flush the toilet was missing......I went to the lobby to ask to change room, but she said that they were booked solid.and wasn't possible
. Now, to flush, I had to remove the toilet cover, put my hand in the water and pull the chain, as it was broken and stayed at the bottom.
