It was a nice and...
Positives:
Inexpensive and great location. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious. Good views too.
Negatives:
The furnishings and decor were very old and unwelcoming. The apartment only had a few basic items and needed more furniture. Although it was clean, it didn’t look clean because of the age of everything. The beds and lounge chairs were uncomfortable too. I’m sure a minor renovation and updated furnishings would make a world of difference.

5 day visit to sightsee...
Positives:
I stayed for three weeks. The hotel is excellent starting with the staff, helpful and tireless: really thank you for everything. Large suite, equipped with kitchen (with dishwasher) and every necessary item. Comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing. Very central location, excellent for the tourist, the business traveller and for those who, like me, had things to do at UQAM (five minute walk). Unbeatable value for money.

Good location, close to historic district and Chinatown. A lot of eating and drinking places around. Safe basement parking lot
Negatives:
A lot of construction around the property with narrow roads. Parking is tricky. It's difficult if you have a large car. The card swiping machine would not read our cards and we had to try several times to get it to work.

It was great. The staff lived up to their reputation for being warm and friendly. The location was perfect and the neighborhood felt safe. We were delighted with the large and spotless room.
We'll definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Positives:
The room is quite spacious but lacks attention such as the curtains are torn and the carpet is not very clean. There is a musty smell when entering the room. We asked the hotel to change the room but since the booking is full, they only cleaned the carpet and sprayed deodorant. And the sofa bed is quite soft, so the hotel added a folding bed instead. Overall, we are satisfied and may come back again.
