The location is definitely a win—close to many great areas and the Eaton Centre, perfect if you want to explore the underground city. The hotel is very clean and quite convenient. You get what you pay for; the price is great for the area and the amenities offered.
The breakfast was good—nothing really stood out. They offer different kinds of bread, cheese, ham, cereal, and fruits, among other items. It is pretty simple but fulfills its purpose.
Negatives:
We wanted to use the pool, but it had too much chlorine. I had to get out almost immediately because it irritated certain parts of my body. My husband was able to stay for a while, but then his throat started to feel uncomfortable! In general, the bathrooms in the rooms could use an upgrade. The room itself is fine, and everything is very clean, but the bathroom is quite worn out.

Great value for location, cleanliness, comfort, with included breakfast. Unpretentious. Hardworking staff to provide you with a beautiful breakfast spread, spotless hotel rooms, and friendly bilingual welcome at the reception. For a 3 star accommodation, it was fully stocked with clean towels, pillows, extra blankets. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Everything was clean and the room has lots of lights and lamps. There’s even a balcony for fresh air and great view from the 15th floor.
Thanks to the staff for caring about the rooms and making them comfortable.

Not the Ritz but definitely nothing wrong with this property from our experience.
